The family came up with a bizarre yet brilliant idea. An AI video of the diseased man was created where you can see him speaking.
He was giving a speech in the video. Sometimes there were some hilarious touches too. We all know it is very tragic to lose someone. Apparently the family created an AI video. Where Pelky was speaking or I should say his AI AI avatar was speaking. Although the message was written by his sister and in that situation, I’ll keep saying something different. But it is what it is. An AI video of a deceased person was created to influence the ruling.
There is no going back now this is a bogus and slippery slope which can crumble any time under our feet. Can you imagine this? Now people who are dead are going to give speeches and attend meetings for that matter. This is going to confuse people.
And the fact that all of this happened without any authoritative party being present. This is not good. It means that it is going to get hype in the people. More and more audiences are going to prepare speeches from the dead ones. Maybe they will hold meetings in the future too.
Bilal case was the first. We don’t think that this book and bizarre strategy is going to stop here. Many people who have cases of civil rights as well as divorce are going to use this tool to create the exact avatars of the deceased ones. All of this just for the sake of influencing the ruling.
We all knew that deep fake technology can easily create what is not real. And people who watch these kinds of videos under extreme emotional pressure will most likely take this as a real scenario. This is kind of creepy.
We are already fighting the fight against AI and its highly threat of technology against relationships and many other scenarios of life. But they should stop right here. This technology once gets in the wrong hands is abused fully. Please do not make my avatar after I am dead.
