Apparently, the Alexa plus is giving services which are limited to the conversations only. But in the future Amazon will provide Alexa with the abilities of an AI agent. Which means that Alexa will perform as an agent between you and any third-party. It will carry out different tasks for you. You just have to command it and then Alexa will do all the work by itself.
This is going to be the first of its own kind of genetic chat board. Before this none of the chat boards or AI agents were able to perform multitasking between different apps. The nova act AI model of Amazon is giving accuracy from 30 to 60%. Normally an AI agent should achieve accuracy of 90%. But apparently Alexa is far away from this level.
Now it might sound impressive that 1 million of users are taking services from Alexa but this is just a fraction of the number when you take it from the 6000,000s.
Among from these users Amazon is getting most of the reviews in positive levels, but it is still to be seen.
