Felisha’s passion for mentorship, community service, and leadership development began early in her journey. From church ministry to the YMCA, tutoring youth, and launching her first nonprofit, Far Above Rubies LLC, she has always had a heart to serve. Over the years, she has led community outreach initiatives, raised funds for faith-based organizations, and worked on campaigns supporting leaders in public service.

Her dedication to helping women heal, grow, and lead is the driving force behind Chica God Promised, Inc., a global sisterhood that fosters faith, mentorship, and personal growth. Felisha envisions expanding this movement across the world, ensuring that every woman has access to resources, community, and opportunities that support her spiritual and personal development

Felisha holds certifications in Public Relations and Servant Leadership from Cornell University and has a Business Management background from Midlands Technical College and Strayer University. She is also a network marketer in the health and wellness industry, leveraging Total Life Changes (TLC) products to promote holistic well-being and financial independence.

Her expertise in business strategy, leadership development, and community building has positioned her as a sought-after speaker and mentor.
